Casual In An Office

The definition of casual of course depends on just how dressy the office is to begin with. At some business offices slacks and sport shirts are the status quo. So the idea of going more casual seems somewhat silly. However, by the same token, a business that generally expects mens dress shirts and ties has not (from what I've been able to see) been particularly comfortable with employees showing up in jeans and t shirts.
